Agnes Letestu- A Shining Ballerina Star (2014)
Agnes Letestu entered the Paris Opera Ballet company in 1987 at the age of 16. She demonstrated her talents to this major ballet company. She was named étoile after a performance of Swan Lake in October 1997, the highest rank a dancer can reach at the Paris Opera Ballet.The film focuses on the last two years of Agnes Letestu’s career at the prestigious Opera Garnier, until her official farewell with “The Lady of the Camellias”, portraying Marguerite Gautier to great acclaim, on October 10th, 2013. The documentary captures those magical moments on stage and backstage.
